Barcelona in 48 Hours
On 15 Sept., a random email landed in my inbox from my notoriously spontaneous mother. “Let’s go to Barcelona, YA!” The note was followed by the itinerary for a Thanksgiving trip to the architecturally and gastronomically delightful Spanish, er, Catalonian, city. We just returned. Herewith, the photo slideshow:
Destination Weddings and Honeymoons
The word from Destination Weddings and Honeymoons magazine is our “real weddings” appearance in the pages of their publication will hit newsstands on October 19. I saw the mockup and it’s about a half-page section on the Amsterdam confab, with a great write-up. Look for their November/December issue at your local bookstores and what not.

God, that was an awesome 14 course meal on the water. And those touching family tributes … tears to everyone’s eyes. Channing deserves all the love, of course, for capturing the day and night BEFORE the wedding.
